We do not sell flooring in a showroom. We flatten houses and put a floor on them that will still look right in July humidity.

Luxury vinyl plank

Click-lock and glue-down LVP. We acclimate, leave expansion, and terminate into real reducers — not caulk mashed into a doorway.

• 6–8mm wear-layer planks, waterproof cores
• Furniture stay-in-place on most rooms
• Stairs, transitions, and shoe molding included in the walkthrough

Tile

Large-format porcelain, subway, and mosaics. Layout is set before a single tile is mixed so cuts land where they should.

• Schluter and waterproofing on wet rooms
• Heated-floor rough-in when you want it
• Grout color samples on the actual floor, not a chip

Subfloor & joists

Sistered joists, patched plywood, leveling compound, and crawlspace repairs so the finish floor doesn’t telegraph every dip six months later.

• Laser-level the plane before material hits the truck
• Sister, patch, or replace — not a skim over rot
• Written change order if we open something ugly
