Lexington, South Carolina · 29072 · 29073
Lexington is two jobs: a new slab, or an old ranch that dips.
29072 new-build and 29073 ranch are not the same walkthrough. We say which one you have before we order plank.

The houses
East of town: 2000s slabs, open kitchens, LVP the builder left thin. Red Bank and White Knoll: 1970s–90s ranches, kitchen tile, carpet in the hall, a crown in the slab you can see with a six-foot level. Lake Murray east is humidity plus a garage that was turned into a room.
What actually fails
On a slab, the tell is a high spot in the middle of the kitchen. Leveling compound is not a personality — we measure it. On a ranch, the tell is a hall that bounces at the bath door. That is framing, not the vinyl aisle at Floor & Decor.
Jobs we take in Lexington
Whole-home click-lock on slab
Acclimate, leave expansion, real reducers into tile and carpet. No caulk mashed into a doorway.
Ranch kitchen tear-out
Tile up, dip flattened, waterproof plank through the working kitchen. 29073 sees this weekly.
Garage-conversion floors
Those rooms were never insulated for a finish floor. Moisture first, then LVP — not the other way around.
