The crew
A new book. Veteran hands.
Soda City Flooring is built around a crew that already knows LVP, tile, and the ugly work under both. The company is new on purpose — no showroom lease, no five-truck overhead, no salesman who has never pulled a plank.
You get the people who actually put the floor down. They show up, they flatten the plane, and they leave the house cleaner than they found it.

How we run a job
One walkthrough, one number
No bait price from a photo. We look at moisture, bounce, and what has to come out.
Structure is on the bid
If the joists are the job, we say so before a plank is ordered. Change orders are written, not sprung.
You can live here
Room-by-room when the house is occupied. Dust containment on demo. Shoes off in finished rooms.
Early season
First public jobs in Irmo and around are booked at crew pricing in exchange for photos you approve and a straight review. If you have a bouncing hall, a bath that needs porcelain, or a whole ranch that needs LVP, this is the window.
